- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.

Notes
Use a heavy-bottomed pot to ensure even heat distribution when cooking the steak. Don't overcrowd the pot while searing the steak to achieve a nice brown crust. Adjust the thickness of the sauce by playing with the amount of heavy cream and Parmesan you use. For additional depth of flavor, consider adding a splash of red wine after browning the steak. Chopping the parsley finely will enhance its flavor and visual appeal.
