  • 2 fillets salmon fillets Fresh or thawed salmon.
Rice/Grains
  • 1 cup cooked rice Any variety of cooked rice.
Veggies
  • 1 cup mixed fresh vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots) Choose your favorite vegetables.
Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Adjust for spice preference.
Spices
  • to taste salt and pepper Season to your preference.
Toppings
  • as needed Green onions for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them on a baking sheet. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha to create the Bang Bang sauce.
Cooking
  1. Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly. Cut into bite-sized pieces and toss in the Bang Bang sauce.
  2. Serve the crispy salmon bites over the cooked rice and top with fresh vegetables.
  3. Garnish the bowls with green onions and enjoy your meal!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container and consume within 2 days. For a spicier kick, adjust the amount of Sriracha in the sauce.
