  5. Spread the filling evenly over warm tortillas, leaving a 1-inch border.
  6. Roll up tortillas tightly; refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm.
  7. Combine cinnamon and granulated sugar. Roll each tortilla in the glaze before serving.
