Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped pickled jalapenos, and sliced green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assembly of Egg Rolls
  1. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of the wrapper.
  2. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly to seal.
Frying
  1. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  2. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy on all sides.

Notes
