Cooking Steps
  1. In a large pot, brown the ground meat over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until onions are translucent.
  3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper, cooking for another minute to release flavors.
  4. Add the black beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, and broth.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  7. Serve hot, topped with cheese, sour cream, and green onions if desired.
