  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Choose evenly sized pieces for uniform cooking.
  • 1/4 cup Honey Maple syrup can be used as an alternative.
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted Use unsalted butter for better flavor control.
  • To taste Salt and pepper Freshly ground black pepper is recommended.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Fresh garlic can be substituted for more intensity.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Smoked paprika adds a deeper flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil Can replace with vegetable oil if preferred.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grilling
  1. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  2. During the last few minutes of cooking, brush the honey butter glaze on the chicken.
Finishing Touch
  1. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Ensure chicken is at room temperature before grilling for even cooking. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness; chicken should reach 165°F internally. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes post-grilling to retain its juices. Experiment with spices in your glaze for a unique flavor profile. Marinating the chicken for at least 30 minutes enhances taste.
