- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Add pork chops to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove pork chops and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and garlic powder, stirring to combine.
- Let the sauce simmer for a couple of minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Return pork chops to the skillet and coat them in the creamy garlic sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Ensure the pork chops are at room temperature before cooking for even cooking. Don’t rush the browning process; a good sear adds flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container; they can be enjoyed within 3 days.
