Ingredients

Dairy
  • 8 oz Feta cheese (Crumble or block form)
  • 4 oz Cream cheese (Room temperature for easier blending)
Oils
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil (Extra virgin is best for flavor)
Fresh Produce
  • ΒΌ cup Fresh herbs (Parsley or dill work well)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (Minced for best flavor)
  • Assorted Spring vegetables (Carrots and radishes are great choices)
Seasonings
  • Salt (To taste, adjust based on saltiness of feta)
  • Pepper (To taste, freshly ground preferable)
Dippers
  • 1 bag Pita chips (Store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup Olives (Black or green, pitted)

Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, and fresh herbs.
  2. Use a hand mixer or food processor to blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste the dip and season with salt and pepper, ensuring the flavors are balanced.
  4. Transfer the whipped feta dip to a serving bowl.
  5. Surround the dip with an array of cut spring vegetables, pita chips, and olives on a large platter.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier blending. Adjust the salt content based on the feta's natural saltiness. Keep leftover dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For a creamier texture, blend longer until you achieve the desired consistency.
