Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) if you decide to bake the balls.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated and form a cohesive mixture.
  4. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls, about 1 to 2 inches in diameter.
Cooking
  1. If frying, heat oil in a pan and fry the balls until golden brown.
  2. If baking, place the balls on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes or until they are golden.

  1. Allow the crispy broccoli cheese balls to cool slightly before serving.
  2. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping or pair them with a fresh salad.

Notes

To maintain crispiness when reheating, bake leftover balls at 350°F for about 10 minutes. They can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before cooking.
