  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
Pasta
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni Use freshly cooked for best texture.
Eggs
  • 2 eggs
Coating
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs Aim for a generous layer for extra crunch.
Seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Oil
  • Oil for frying Keep oil temperature consistent.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, and eggs. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into bite-sized balls. Ensure they are compact but not overly tight.
  3. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until it's ready for frying.
  2. Fry the mac and cheese balls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove the fried balls and drain them on paper towels. Serve warm for the best taste and texture.

Notes

Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
