  • 8 ounces Wide rice noodles Can substitute with udon
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce Low-sodium recommended

  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Fresh, minced
Vegetables
  • 2 cups Bell peppers, carrots, snap peas Chopped, choice of any
  • 2 Green onions Sliced, for garnish
Oils

Method
 

Cooking the Potstickers
