Preparation
  1. Chill the leftover mac and cheese to ensure easier handling.
  2. Form the chilled mac and cheese into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

  4. Roll each mac and cheese ball in flour, dip it in the egg, and coat it in breadcrumbs until evenly covered.
Frying
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a deep saucepan over medium heat until hot.
