Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 package Graham Crackers (Crushed finely)
  • 1/2 cup Butter (Melted)
Filling
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (Softened) Make sure it's softened to prevent lumps.
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar (Sifted)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Toppings
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips or Melted Chocolate
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts
  • 1 cup Fresh Berries or Dried Fruit

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter until combined.
  2. Firmly press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread it evenly.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips or prepare melted chocolate and drizzle it over the top.
  7. Sprinkle chopped nuts and fresh berries or dried fruit on top for added flavor.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.

Notes

For the best texture, allow the bars to chill thoroughly in the refrigerator. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge to keep them fresh. Customize toppings as desired.
