Ingredients
  

Flatbread
  • 2 pieces Whole grain flatbread Use gluten-free if needed
Spread
  • 1 cup Creamy hummus Experiment with different flavors
Veggies
  • 1 cup Bell peppers (various colors, sliced)
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach
  • 1 cup Cabbage (shredded)
Seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Lay out the whole grain flatbread on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a generous amount of creamy hummus over the flatbread.
  3. Layer the sliced bell peppers, fresh spinach, and shredded cabbage on top of the hummus.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Roll the flatbread tightly, tucking in the ends as you go, to create a wrap.
  6. Slice the wrap in half and enjoy your fresh, colorful veggie hummus wrap!

Notes

Use fresh, seasonal vegetables for the best flavor and texture. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap if making ahead. Add sliced avocado or grilled chicken for a heartier wrap.
