Preparation
  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Sear the steak on each side until desired doneness (about 4-5 minutes per side for medium rare).
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest.
  5. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Slice the steak and serve topped with the Parmesan cream sauce and parsley.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness; aim for 130°F for medium rare. Allow the steak to rest to retain juices and improve flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat gently on the stove.
