  • 1 cucumber, diced

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the romaine lettuce, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, diced cucumber, sliced radishes, and red onion.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss to combine.
  5. Add chopped parsley and toss again.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
