Bread
  • 4 halves pita bread Halved for easy stuffing.
Sauce
  • 1/2 cup garlic sauce Can substitute with tzatziki or hummus.
Veggies
  • 1 cup mixed fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.) Fresh and crisp vegetables recommended.
Spices
  • to taste salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.

Preparation
  1. Grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Slice the grilled chicken into strips.
  3. Warm the pita bread halves in a dry skillet or microwave.
  4. Spread garlic sauce inside each pita half.
  5. Add sliced grilled chicken and a mix of fresh vegetables.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your meal.
