  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper Freshly ground preferred
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary), chopped Other herbs can be substituted

Method

Preparation
  1. Mix together orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, olive oil, honey, garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs to create the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a zip-top bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Take the chicken out of the marinade and discard the marinade.
  2. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked, with an internal temperature reaching 165°F (75°C).
  3. Brush the chicken with additional glaze during the last few minutes of grilling.
Serving
  1. Remove from the grill, let rest for a few minutes, then serve with your choice of sides.

Notes

Always allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes to absorb maximum flavor. Ensure your grill is preheated for perfect sear marks. Using fresh herbs enhances flavor. Resting the grilled chicken helps retain moisture.
