  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled

  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Cucumbers, diced
  • 1 medium Avocado, diced Use ripe avocados for the best texture.
Nuts
  • 1/2 cup Nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)
Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
Spices
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Preparation
  1. In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, chickpeas, avocado, and nuts.
