Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients: fresh lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic, and honey.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the fresh lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and honey until well combined.
  3. Taste the vinaigrette and adjust seasoning to your preference. Add salt and pepper if desired.
  4. Transfer to a clean jar and store in the refrigerator.
  5. Before using, shake the jar well to recombine the ingredients.

Notes
