  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye)
Veggies
  • 2 large potatoes Wash and pierce before baking.
Oils & Fats
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Spices
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper To taste
Toppings
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Chopped green onions For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork. Rub them with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Baking Potatoes
  1. Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes or until tender.
Cooking Steak
  1. While the potatoes are baking, season the steak with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steak to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
Assembly
  1. Once the potatoes are done, remove from the oven and slice them open.
  2. Top each potato with sliced steak, shredded cheese, sour cream, and sprinkle with green onions.
