- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Whisk together the eggs and heavy cream in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the cooked mushrooms, spinach, and feta cheese until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.

Notes
