  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced For a crunch
  • 1/2 cup Red onion, thinly sliced Adjust amount to taste for milder flavor
Optional Toppings
  • 1/4 cup Almonds, sliced Add for extra crunch if desired
Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil Use extra virgin for best flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar Can substitute with lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste

Method
 

Preparation
