  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened) Make sure it's softened to room temperature for easy blending.
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream (whipped to soft peaks) Whip until just soft peaks form for a smoother texture.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
For the Crust
  • 24 pcs Oreos (crushed finely)
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (melted)
For the Toppings
  • 3 pcs Oreo cookies (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Shavings or Chips (optional) Optional for added texture.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with the melted butter until fully mixed.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth, then gently fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract.
Assembly
  1. Place a layer of the Oreo crust mixture at the bottom of the cups, followed by a generous layer of the cheesecake filling.
  2. Sprinkle the chopped Oreo pieces and chocolate shavings on top for added texture and flavor.

  1. Refrigerate the cups for at least 2 hours to set before serving.
