- Melt the butter over medium heat in a large pot.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the milk and add the pasta.
- Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and the sauce has thickened, about 10-12 minutes.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Stir frequently while cooking to prevent the pasta from sticking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
