Preparation
  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, combine the pumpkin puree, applesauce, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over medium heat. Stir until well mixed and heated through.
  3. Add the cooked macaroni to the pot and stir to combine.
Mixing and Baking
  1. Gradually add in the cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  2. If desired, transfer the mixture to a baking dish, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
