- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper to enhance the flavor.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then sear the chicken thighs until golden brown on both sides.
- Place the seared chicken in a baking dish and pour peach barbecue sauce over the top, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Garnish with fresh peaches if desired and serve hot.
