Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the zucchinis into rounds or half-moons.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the zucchini slices to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the zucchini is tender but still crisp.
  5. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese or fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

Keep the heat at medium-high to achieve a perfect sauté without burning. Slice zucchini uniformly to ensure even cooking. For extra flavor, try adding crushed red pepper flakes. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently to avoid overcooking.
