  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped Substitute with dried dill if fresh is unavailable.
  • To taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to personal preference.
  • For cooking oil Olive oil Can use avocado oil for higher smoke point.

Method

Preparation
  1. Prepare quinoa according to package instructions, usually rinsing and boiling in water for about 15 minutes until fluffy.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper to create tzatziki sauce.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then sear on each side for about 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
Assembly
  1. Place a base of quinoa in the bowl and top with sliced cucumbers and seared salmon.
  2. Drizzle tzatziki over the top.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately and enjoy the fresh flavors and nutrient-packed elements.

Notes

Always use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Let the salmon rest before slicing to retain juices. Cook quinoa in broth for added flavor. Experiment with herbs like mint or parsley in tzatziki for variation.
