Pasta
  • 8 oz Penne pasta Cook according to package instructions
Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Butter Unsalted
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
Spices
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes Adjust according to spice preference
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Freshly ground
Garnish
  • 1 tbsp Parsley Chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Cooking
  1. Add the chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned on both sides.
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, chili flakes, and minced garlic.
  3. Pour the honey mixture over the chicken in the pan and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens.
  4. Add the cooked penne to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with parsley and paired with a green salad.

Notes

For best results, don’t overcook the chicken to keep it juicy. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop to maintain the pasta's texture.
