Preparation

- In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned; drain any excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Assembly
- In a greased baking dish, layer the tater tots, followed by the cooked sausage, and then sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layers.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the tater tots are golden brown.
