Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cube the watermelon and cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the watermelon, cucumber, and crumbled feta cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
