Preparation
- In a bowl, mix beef with cornstarch, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add marinated beef and sauté until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add broccoli and a splash of water to steam it, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Stir in oyster sauce and mix everything well.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
Notes
Ensure your pan is hot before adding beef for a better sear. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
