  • 2 cups Broccoli florets, fresh or frozen

  • 3 tablespoons Butter, unsalted
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
Toppings
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, optional

  • Pasta, Rice, or Cauliflower rice, for serving

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Toss in the broccoli and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until tender.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
  7. Serve over pasta, rice, or cauliflower rice, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

Use medium heat to avoid burning the garlic. Cook the shrimp just until pink to maintain tenderness. For creaminess, don’t skip simmering the sauce. Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
