Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes and basil, seasoning with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the squid to the skillet and cook until just tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Serve the squid and sauce over pasta or with toasted bread.

Notes
