Preparation
  1. Brew the espresso or prepare cold brew coffee.
  2. In a glass, add ice cubes.
  3. Pour the espresso or cold brew over the ice.
  4. Add oat milk and honey lavender syrup.
  5. Stir gently to combine.
  6. Garnish with lavender sprigs if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a sweeter drink, adjust the honey lavender syrup. Chill your oat milk for a colder latte. Store leftover honey lavender syrup in the refrigerator for up to a month.
