  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For added flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Adds warmth to the roll ups.
  • 1/4 cup sugar For rolling the cooked roll ups.
Cooking Fats
  • 2 tablespoons butter For frying the roll ups.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Roll out each slice of bread to flatten it.
  2. Spread a generous amount of Nutella on each slice.
  3. Roll the bread up tightly.
Mixing
  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  2. On a separate plate, mix sugar and remaining cinnamon.
Cooking
  1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Notes
