Ingredients
  

Gelatin Layer
  • 2 packets fruit-flavored gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
Cream Cheese Layer
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
Crust
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
Garnish
  • Fresh fruits for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix the boiling water with the fruit-flavored gelatin until dissolved, then stir in the cold water.
  2. Pour half of the gelatin mixture into the graham cracker crust and refrigerate until set.
  3. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in the whipped topping.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the first layer of set gelatin.
  5. Pour the remaining gelatin mixture over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate until fully set.
  6. Garnish with fresh fruits if desired before serving.

Notes

Ensure both layers are completely set before adding the next for best texture. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days to maintain freshness.
